Sangamon County Clerk Don Gray has partnered with the Village of Sherman to bring the issuance of vital records directly to you.
When: Tuesday, April 3rd
Where: Sherman Village Hall, 401 St. John Drive
Time: 4:30-5:30pm
Please Bring with you:
1. Valid Photo Identification (Driver's License, State ID, FOID Card, US Passport or Military ID).
2. Method of Payment (Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express).
